MXs’ phased approach to franchising

From the date you submit the Initial Enquiry Form, the process of securing an MX franchise takes anywhere between 120 days and 150 days – depending on how proactive You (the prospective franchisee) are. Our infrastructure is capable of responding within 5 working days on any Application submitted to us for our review and qualification.

The key tasks / activities involved are as follows:

Task 1: We encourage the Prospective franchisee to review the contents of the MX franchise and the Terms of Use of the website  before submitting any information.

Task 2: Prospective franchisee submits an Initial Enquiry Form online expressing interest in the MX franchise for the territory listed  in the Initial Enquiry Form.

Task 3: Prospective franchisee signs a Franchise Non-Disclosure Form and submits it online.

Task 4: Prospective franchisee submits Franchise Application Form online.

Task 5: Prospective franchisee submits Business Plan and Financial Plan online covering the areas highlighted in the Business Plan & Financial Plan section of the website.

Task 6: We approve the Business Plan and Financial Plan and pre-qualify You as a franchisee. We then mutually agree on the Open Day and training session / Get Acquainted session.

Task 7: We set Your account up on our MX proprietary infrastructure. You complete the New Franchisee Registration section of Your Account.

Task 8: You submit an online Site Selection Form for the stores identified. You also identify an Architect firm to work with us in the store design and build program.

Task 9: We work with You to determine the initial store opening order and confirm order and shipping dates.

Task 10: We assist You and the contractors in the store build program.

Task 11: Grand opening.

Task 12: Regular monitoring of Your business.
