MXs’ phased approach to Community development
From the date you submit the Initial Enquiry Form, the process of securing an MX Community membership takes anywhere between 10 days and 15 days – depending on how proactive You the prospective community member) are. Our infrastructure is capable of responding within 5 working days on any Application submitted to us for our review and qualification.
The key tasks / activities involved are as follows:
Task 1: We encourage the Prospective partner (School / Club) to review the contents of the MX community membership and the Terms of Use of the website before submitting any information.
Task 2: Prospective community members submits an Initial Enquiry Form online expressing interest in the MX community membership for the territory listed in the Initial Enquiry Form.
Task 3: Prospective community member signs a Community Confidentiality Agreement and submits it online.
Task 4: Prospective community member submits Community Application Form online.
Task 5: We set Your account up on our MX proprietary infrastructure. You complete the New Community Registration section of Your Account.
Task 6: We work with You to determine the initial opening order and confirm order and shipping dates.
Task 7: Regular monitoring of Your business performance.
