About the MX Dealership
We propose to develop a dealership network as a model to grow our community of cricket crazy entrepreneurs – those who want a bit more of the game in their everyday life.
We, MX (the Principal) will grant You (the dealer), the dealership / right to trade under our trade mark / trade name and to make use of our entire package, comprising all the elements necessary to establish a previously untrained person in the business and to run it with continual assistance on a predetermined basis.
The principle is simple - some companies choose to grow, not by developing in the conventional way, but by granting a license to others to sell their product or service. There are clear advantages to this:
-
You don't have to come up with the business concept – We have done it.
-
You benefit from a well established system of the business.
-
We offer comprehensive training programmes in sales and indeed all business skills.
-
If your customers are aware that you run a MX dealership, they will understand that you will be offering the best possible value for money and service - although you run your 'own show', you are part of a much larger network.
We call our approach – GLOCALISATION (to borrow the term coined by Thomas L. Friedman, in his unparallel book titled The World is Flat).
Who is in Control?
The business outlet is owned and operated by You. However, we retain control over the way in which our products and services are marketed and sold, and control the quality and standards of our products and services in line with what our customers have begun to expect from us – our minimum standards.
What are the Cost Implications?
We (the Principal) will agree with You (the Dealer), the commercial terms of business. We will set up the infrastructure which you will use for the purpose of trading with Us. We (the Principal) have an obligation to support Your network, notably with training, product development, advertising, promotional activities and with a specialist range of management services – all customised to your requirement and for a fee, where applicable.
